by the Fire Protection Product Qualification Assessment Center of the Ministry of Emergency

Flame Retardant Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, and all performance indicators
of the product have reached the standard.
APPLICATION
Outdoor non-intumescent steel structure fireproof coatings are widely used in airports, power plants,
petroleum, petrochemical, drilling platforms, warehouses, stadiums, commercial plazas, industrial
plants, high-rise buildings and other steel structure fire protection.

CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY
1. Before construction, the dust and floating rust on the surface of the steel structure should be
thoroughly removed, and the surface should be clean and free of oil. And according to the design
requirements, rust removal and anti-rust primer should be applied twice as high-quality anti-rust paint.
2. The paint is suitable for spraying and troweling construction [recommended spraying, the surface of
the sprayed coating is in a state of uniform concave-convex particles.
3. Stir the paint evenly, and firstly stir it into glue according to the weight ratio
(binder:water=1.3kg:2.0kg), and then add powder, (powder:glue=3kg:3.3kg.], Stir evenly. The thickness
of the first layer of coating should not exceed 4mm. After the surface of the coating is dry, carry out the
second layer of spraying. The second layer of powder is mixed with water, and the thickness of each
layer is controlled at 3-6mm until the thickness requirement is reached. .For the last pass, the ratio of
weight to weight [binder water=0.3kg:2.7kg] is first stirred into glue, and then powder is added,
(powder:glue=3kg:3kg.], mix evenly, and the mixed material should be used up as soon as possible
4. The construction operation should be carried out in a well-ventilated environment indoors, and the
construction should avoid southern showers. The construction environment should be above 0C over.
