INTRODUCTION:

 

HD102 acrylate thickener is a high content, low viscosity polyacrylic acid emulsion, with emulsifying

silicone oil effect, mainly increase low shear viscosity, so it has good thixobehavior, anti-precipitation,

small dosage, storage stability, anti-mildew and good formula applicability. Good alkaline resistance,

no post-thickening phenomenon, generally stirring 10-20 minutes to reach more than 90% of the final

viscosity.

1: Can be used in glue, paint, waterproof, ink and other industries;

2: It has good electrolyte resistance and water-holding properties,and can be used with

a variety of water-based additives;

3: Easy to use, directly add water or solution stirring can thicken;

adverse consequences.

5: It is suitable for printing glue, textile printing, wall coating, base film, film stripping agent and other

products with high water content.

 

USES:
 

HD102, There is no need to adjust the PH value during the use of thickener, directly add deionized

water to thicken, allow high-speed stirring dispersion, because of the different formulations of each

system, it is recommended to determine a suitable dosage.

PACKAGE:

The packaging is 200kg plastic drum and 1000kg IBC drum. This product should be stored

in a ventilated and dry room to prevent,Direct sunlight exposure, transport and storage at

5-35°C, the effective storage period is six months from the date of packaging.
