CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY
1. Before construction, the dust and floating rust on the surface of the steel structure should be
thoroughly removed, and the surface should be clean and free of oil. And according to the design
requirements rust removal and anti-rust primer coating,
Generally, apply high-quality anti-rust paint twice.
2. Stir the paint evenly. In order to ensure the adhesion, the thickness of the first coat should be relatively
thin and should not exceed 1mm.
3. After the surface of the previous coat is completely dry (about 6 hours), carry out the next spraying.
The thickness of the coating can be increased appropriately until the thickness of the coating reaches the
thickness corresponding to the fire-resistant time.
4. The coating feels thick during construction When chemical, it can be diluted with an appropriate
amount of diluent, and it is forbidden to add more, so as not to affect the adhesion and fire resistance of
the coating.
5. The construction environment temperature is 0"C-50"C, and the relative humidity is 85%. It is carried
out in a good environment. Avoid rain during construction, and the paint should be used up within one
day after opening. Please use up the fire-resistant paint after opening, and re-seal the unused paint.
Note: Please use professional personnel for construction and dilute with special thinner. Pay attention to
ventilation, and smoking is strictly prohibited.
