Product Overview

HD34 has a certain inhibitory effect on flash rust on different substrates and is suitable for various metals such as iron, cast iron, carbon steel, and alloy steel. It can form an insoluble and dense oxide film with metals, preventing anodic dissolution of metals and thereby inhibiting metal corrosion. It has good compatibility with the coating system.

It is a highly efficient anti-flash rust agent that does not affect the drying speed of the coating or the adhesion of the coating to the substrate, and can enhance the anti-rust performance and salt spray resistance of the coating
 

Application field

It is mainly applied to water-based steel structure paint, water-based automotive paint, water-based electromechanical coatings and other water-based coatings

Usage method

1.It is recommended to add it at the final stage of water-based paint preparation
2. To solve the problem of flash rust, it is recommended to add 0.1-1% of the total formula
3. To inhibit flash rust in welds, cast iron and sandblasted iron, the recommended addition amount is 1%-2%

Effect comparison

Anti-rust paint without CK34 and with 1% CK34 was respectively brushed on iron plates, square tubes, patterned steel and welds, and placed in a constant temperature and humidity box with a temperature of 5ºC and a humidity of 95%RH. The comparison of the anti-flash rust effect of CK34 is shown in the following figure
