Titanium Dioxide, commonly known as titanium white, is a white, non-toxic, and chemically stable inorganic pigment.

It is recognized as the world's premier white pigment due to its exceptional whiteness, brightness, covering power (opacity), and strong resistance to chalking.

It is widely used in numerous industries such as coatings, plastics, paper, inks, synthetic fibers, rubber, and cosmetics.

Rutile
Characteristics: Features a denser crystal structure and a higher refractive index (approx. 2.76), resulting in superior hiding power, weather resistance, and anti-chalking properties.
Applications: Primarily used in exterior applications requiring high durability and opacity, such as architectural exterior coatings, automotive paints, industrial coatings, and plastic window profiles/rigid PVC.

Anatase

Characteristics: Has a less compact crystal structure and a lower refractive index (approx. 2.55). It offers a slightly higher base whiteness but poorer lightfastness and weatherability. Prolonged UV exposure can cause chalking and yellowing.
Applications: Mainly used for indoor products with low weather resistance requirements, such as interior paints, paper filling and coating, rubber, synthetic fibers, and cosmetics.

6. Packaging & Storage

· Packaging: Standard packaging is 25 kg multi-layer paper bags with an inner plastic liner. Other options include 500 kg or 1-ton jumbo bags and bulk tanker trucks, subject to customer requirements.
· Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated warehouse. Protect from moisture and rain. Avoid storage with acids, alkalis, or other chemicals.

What is the average lead time?
For samples, the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production, the lead time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment. The lead times become effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for your products. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sale. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.

You can make the payment to our bank account, Western Union or PayPal:
30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L.
