It is a one component, water-based acrylic sealant designedfor internal use. When exposed to the atmosphere, it cures toform a flexible seal which can resist mildew and fungus growth.
lt has been formulated to be a versatile sealant in a wide rangeof domestic uses. Typical uses include sealing window&doorframes,bathrooms and kitchens, draught proofing andpolystyrene.

lt may be used internally to fill gaps until it is fullycured and can be painted.
