HD1034 For different substrates have a certain effect of flash rust inhibition, suitable for iron, cast iron,  carbon steel, alloy steel and other metals, can generate insoluble and dense oxide film with metal,  prevent the anode dissolution of metal, thereby inhibiting the corrosion of metal. It has good compatibility  with the coating system,It is an efficient anti-flash rust agent, which does not affect the drying speed of the coating and the adhesion of the coating to the substrate, and can improve the anti-rust performance  and salt spray resistance of the coating

PRODUCT FEATURES

Usage Method

It is recommended to add in the final stage of the preparation of water-based paint. 

 The recommended addition amount to solve the flash rust problem is 0.1-1% of the total formula.

 Inhibit weld, cast iron and sandblasted iron flash rust, the recommended addition amount is 1%-2%.

Shelf Life

The shelf life  of this product is twelve months from the date of production. After the shelf life is exceeded, it is  recommended to conduct a performance evaluation before use. This product needs to be strictly  protected from frost, after opening the package, it is recommended to filter it properly before use and use it as soon as possible.

Packing & Delivery

The package specification is 20kg/drum or 1000kg/drum, or 200kg/drumor customized by customers. Store in a dark, cool and dry place. The storage temperature should be 5~35° C. Keep the packaging intact.
