Product Description

Product Introduction:
Water-based alkyd top paint is an environment-friendly product made of water-based alkyd resin, special additives and multi-functional fillers. It has high gloss, good fullness, very decorative, good outdoor weather resistance, good corrosion resistance, and is widely used in various environments, with simple construction, safety and environmental protection.

Application field:
Supporting water-based alkyd anti-rust paint, widely used in high decorative requirements, high anti-corrosion requirements, high weather requirements of the painting field is mainly used in mechanical equipment, van, outdoor equipment, indoor and outdoor mechanical equipment and other surface coating.

Construction instructions:
 1. Ensure that the primer is thoroughly dry before painting and that the surface of the substrate is clean and dry.
2. Stir the paint well before application. If the original paint is too thick, a small amount of clean water can be added, but the amount should not exceed 10%. Add the water gradually while stirring to ensure the paint is uniform.
3. The paint film can dry at room temperature or be dried at low temperatures. When drying at room temperature, the temperature should not be lower than 5°C and the humidity should not be higher than 85%. When drying at low temperatures, the paint should be leveled for at least 15 minutes at room temperature and then baked at 80°C for at least 20 minutes.
4. Do not mix this paint with other paints or organic solvents to prevent deterioration. After application, all tools should be immediately rinsed with clean water to prevent them from drying and solidifying. Unused paint should be stored in a sealed container. If there are any dried skins that affect usage, they can be filtered through a 100-mesh screen before use.
5. Outdoor application is not recommended during rainy, snowy or foggy weather. If application has already been done, cover the paint film with tarpaulin or other protective measures to protect it.

Storage and Transportation:
1. The product should be sealed and stored in a dry and well-ventilated warehouse, with a storage temperature above 0 ° C and below 40 ° C, to prevent water immersion, direct sunlight, and to isolate the source of goods from heat sources.
2. If the product meets the storage conditions, the storage period is 12 months from the date of production, and the storage period can be tested beyond the storage period. If it meets the standards, it can still be used.
3. During the transportation process, the product should be prevented from cold, rain and sun exposure, and should comply with the relevant provisions of the transportation department.
