stations, etc. Fire protection on the surface of indoor and outdoor steel structures such as pipeline

CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY
1. Before construction, the dust and floating rust on the surface of the steel structure should be
thoroughly removed, and the surface should be clean and free of oil. According to the design
requirements, rust removal and anti-rust primer are applied, and high-quality anti-rust paint is generally
applied twice.
2. Stir the paint evenly. In order to ensure the adhesion, the thickness of the first coat should be relatively
thin and should not exceed 1mm. 3. After the surface of the previous coating is completely dry (about 6
hours), carry out the next spraying. The coating thickness can be increased appropriately until the
coating thickness reaches the thickness corresponding to the fire-resistant time.
4. When the paint thickens during construction, it can be diluted with an appropriate amount of thinner,
and it is forbidden to add more, so as not to affect the adhesion and fire resistance of the paint.
5. The construction environment temperature is 0"C-50"C, relative humidity <85%, carried out in a good
environment, avoid rain during construction, and the paint should be used up within one day after
opening. Please use up the fire retardant coating after opening, and reseal the unused coating. Note:
please professional construction, and dilute with special thinner. Pay attention to ventilation during
construction, and smoking is strictly prohibited.
