HD-01 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene/ acrylic non-dispersible latex powder that can be widely applied in cement mortar, dry powder coatings, gypsum products and other systems, thereby significantly enhancing the adhesion, flexibility, water resistance and weather resistance of the products. Generally, different glass transition temperatures (Tg values) are required for non-dispersible latex powders in different systems, and we have developed products with different Tq values for customers to choose. It is a high molecular weight film-forming resin, and its particle size is well controlled during production. This product is mainly designed for latex paint formulations, especially wall coatings.

The formulation of HD-01 is extremely versatile. Formulators can develop a series of interior latex paints with excellent performance under medium and high pigment volume concentrations based on it.

HD-01 enables latex paints to exhibit excellent performance in important properties such as scrub resistance, covering power, color dispersion, freeze-thaw resistance, water resistance and appearance, thereby significantly improving scrub resistance and other related properties without making too many adjustments to other components in the formulation..
