1. Description:
Mainly used to improve the bonding properties of organic and inorganic materials, especially suitable for free crosslinked polyester rubber, polyolefin, polystyrene and as additives in photosensitive materials.
2. Features and Uses:
The strength of the composite can be significantly improved when the glass fiber is treated with a surface treatment agent compatible with polyester. Such surface treatment agent usually includes silane coupling agent, film forming agent, lubricant and antistatic agent.
This product improves the mechanical strength of polyester composites filled with silica, glass, hydrochloric acid and metal oxides in dry and wet states.
This product improves the wet electrical properties of many inorganic fillers.
It can be synthesized by copolymerization with vinyl acetate and acrylate or methacrylate monomer and can be crosslinked at room temperature. These silane clumped polymers are widely used in coatings, adhesives and sealants to provide excellent adhesion and durability.

A. All emulsions/additives are water-based and there is no risk of explosion when transported.
B. This product can be packed in 25KG,50KG,200KG,1000KG plastic barrels.
C. Store sealed in a cool, dry and ventilated place indoors. Before use, the container should be strictly sealed after each use.
D. The product should be well sealed during transportation, moistureproof, alkali strong acid and rain water and other impurities mixed.

For samples, the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production, the lead time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment. The lead times become effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for your products. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sale. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so
