Product Introduction:

This product is A new generation of environmental protection anticorrosive coating, two-component product, composed of A: nano-modified composite inorganic silicate resin, B: high-performance , coating high salt spray resistance, is the best alternative to solsol-based zinc-rich paint products. Water-based inorganic zinc-rich primer has excellent anti-corrosion effect, with water as the solvent, no fire danger, can withstand 400ºC high temperature, oil and solvent resistance.

Product Introduction:

Application field:

It is suitable for high-construction railway facilities, oil tanks, oil tanks, solvent tanks, ships, ballast water tanks, transmission towers, construction engineering, petrochemical industry, machinery manufacturing, and Marine steel structures with harsh environment and harsh conditions, Bridges, chimneys, large steel roof truss, port facilities, offshore work platforms and other industries of steel facilities with a long-term anticorrosion period of more than 10 years.

Construction instructions:

1. Remove oil stains from the surface of the steel to be sprayed, and then remove iron and phosphorus and rust by shot blasting, sandblasting and other methods. After treatment, impurities should be removed again, and then spray paint.
2. Mixing conditions: the base material  should be mixed according to the specified proportion. After mixing is slowly poured into the base material, which must be stirred well. Because atio is significant, it is still necessary to stir at any time when spraying, and 80-100 metal screens should be used to filter the water-based inorganic zinc-rich primer before spraying. 3. Curing: After mixing, it should be placed for a certain time according to the regulations, if the curing is not sufficient, it will affect the performance of the paint.
4. Application period: Because the contact time between the paint and the air is too long, it will react with carbon dioxide in the air, and the surface of the paint will form a coating film to make the paint glue.

Therefore, the storage time of the mixed paint should not exceed 24 hours. 5. Coating interval: After a minimum of 48 hours, the top paint can be applied.
6. Construction temperature: The construction temperature of water-based inorganic zinc-rich primer is above 5ºC, the relative humidity is below 85%, and ventilation should be maintained.

Storage and Transportation:
Water-based inorganic zinc-rich primer in transportation, should prevent rain, sunlight exposure, avoid collision, and should comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department. Group A and Group B are water-based coatings, and the transportation and storage temperature should not be lower than 0ºC. The products should be stored in A cool, ventilated and dry place to prevent direct sunlight, and keep warm in winter. The effective storage period of group A and Group B is 12 months without opening the original packaging.
