Product Description

Product Introduction:

The product is prepared by using water-borne aliphatic polyurethane resin as film forming base material, HDI as curing agent, environmental protection type fillers, functional auxiliators and other materials. Full film, high gloss, bright color. Good adhesion, high hardness, excellent weather resistance. Application: Suitable for high surface requirements, high weather resistance requirements of the top paint coating. It is mainly used in the surface decoration of metal components such as wind power tower barrel, mechanical equipment, construction machinery and petrochemical oil pipe, and has very excellent outdoor weather resistance and corrosion resistance.

Construction instructions:

1. Ensure that the primer is thoroughly dry before painting to ensure that the substrate surface is clean and dry.
2. Before painting, the paint should be stirred evenly. If the viscosity of the original paint is high, a small amount of water can be appropriately added, and the amount of water should not exceed 10%.
3. During construction, the paint film can be self-drying or low temperature drying. The drying condition temperature shall not be lower than 5 degrees Celsius and the humidity shall not be higher than 85%; When drying, the room temperature flow flat time is not less than 15 minutes, the baking temperature is 80 degrees Celsius, not less than 20 minutes;
4. During construction, it is strictly prohibited to mix with other paints and organic solvents to prevent deterioration. At the end of construction, all appliances should be immediately washed with water to prevent dry solid. The remaining paint should be kept airtight.
5. Rain, snow and fog weather can not be constructed outdoors, such as the construction can be covered by tarpaulin to protect the paint film.

Storage and Transportation:

1. The product should be sealed and stored in a dry and well-ventilated warehouse, with a storage temperature above 0 ° C and below 40 ° C, to prevent water immersion, direct sunlight, and to isolate the source of goods from heat sources.
2. If the product meets the storage conditions, the storage period is 12 months from the date of production, and the storage period can be tested beyond the storage period. If it meets the standards, it can still be used.
3. During the transportation process, the product should be prevented from cold, rain and sun exposure, and should comply with the relevant provisions of the transportation department.
