HD828 hydrophobic agent is a milky white low-tension emulsion. After adding this product, a hydrophobic film can be formed on the surface of water-based paint and the surface of internal pores, so that water can not penetrate into the interior of water-based paint. Thus, the water resistance, alkali resistance and scrubbing resistance of the water-based paint are improved. Adding 1%-2% to the external wall latex paint can increase the number of scrubbing resistance more than double. Due to the formation of a hydrophobic film on the surface, the surface is waterproof (lotus effect), which increases the stain resistance of water-based paint..

It is suitable for all kinds of internal and external wall latex paint, gloss paint, art paint, real stone paint, imitation stone paint, water-based color steel tile anti-rust paint and all kinds of water-based industrial paint, water-based wood paint and other water-based system.

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Recommended dosage: Waterborne industrial paint add 0.5%-1.5% to this product; Add 1%-5% to the outer wall latex paint (in the last stage of latex paint mixing)

Section add, stir well can); Finish paint add 1%-3%; Real stone paint can be directly added to 1.5%-5%.

Note: the hydrophobic effect of this product is proportional to the emulsion content, the higher the emulsion content, the better the hydrophobic effect, and the maximum mixing speed of the high-speed dispersion machine does not exceed 600 RPM. Product addition method:

1. In the production stage, it should be added after adding the emulsion and before adding the thickener, and then stir well.

2. After adding, add hydrophobic agent after latex paint, gloss paint and water-based industrial paint, and stir well.

3. Effect test method: It should be tested after the paint film is completely dry, and it can be tested by natural drying. It is soaked in water, dried and tested again for hydrophobic effect.

This product has a durable and effective hydrophobic effect on the facade.

Packing & Delivery

 This product is packed in 25L plastic barrel or 200L plastic barrel, or customized according to customer requirements.

Storage Store at room temperature (-5°C~40°C), avoid direct sunlightand the shelf life is 1 2 months.
