Product introduction
The product is a salt-spray resistant self-drying paint, with water-based epoxy ester resin, pigment, anti-rust pigment, filler, auxiliary, deionized water and other preparations of self-drying finish, lead and other heavy metal additives.
Recommended use
The paint film has fast drying speed, high adaptability to the substrate, good water resistance, salt spray resistance, and provides good corrosion protection for the substrate. Recommended for automobile chassis, drive shaft, auto parts, elevator parts and other fields of painting.

1,Before spraying, clean the oil, rust and old patent leather on the surface of the coated material and keep it clean.

Sand blasting or shot blasting to Sa2.5, hand grinding (electric steel brush) to St3. Welding cutting or fire school is burning parts: after removing welding slag splash, grinding flat, manual (electric steel brush) grinding to St3 level.
3,Before use, should make water or water-based gun cleaning agent to clean the gun. If the gun has a certain length of feed pipe, it is necessary to use a large amount of water-based gun cleaner into the pipe cleaning. After spraying, clean the gun with clean water.
4,the relative humidity of the construction environment should not be higher than 80%, the substrate and construction environment temperature should not be lower than 5ºC and at least 3 degrees higher than the air dew point humidity, low temperature and high humidity weather, auxiliary ventilation equipment can be used to ensure normal drying.
Drying time
Ventilation conditions, temperature, film thickness, number of coating passes and other factors will affect the drying time. The typical data listed in the following table is based on the following conditions:
* Single coat on an inert substrate
* Film thickness is measured by dry film thickness of 30 microns
* Good ventilation (outdoor or natural air circulation)

The actual drying time/time interval before coating can be long or short depending on film thickness, ventilation, humidity, base paint, advance handling requirements and mechanical strength.
Storage
According to HG/T2458, store in dry, ventilated, cool and away from fire source, heat source environment, effective storage period of one year. Beyond the storage period, it can be inspected according to the items specified in this standard. If the results meet the requirements, it can still be used.
