Product Description

Product Introduction:
The product is made of water-based epoxy phosphate resin, special auxiliaries and multi-functional fillers.
Good corrosion resistance, especially for stainless steel, galvanized pipes, aluminum profiles and other metal substrates with excellent adhesion characteristics with excellent cost-effective applications: suitable for special substrate products such as stainless steel, galvanized pipes, aluminum profiles and other products surface coating.

Construction instructions:
1. Before painting, clean the oil, rust, old patent leather and other dirt on the surface of the substrate to ensure that the surface of the substrate is clean and dry.
2. Grinding wheel is used to remove welding bumps, spatter and hardened layer on the surface of the workpiece. All free edge acute angles after gas cutting, shearing or mechanical addition should be polished to R2.
3. 5. During construction, it is strictly prohibited to mix with other paints and organic solvents to prevent deterioration. At the end of construction, all appliances should be immediately washed with water, and the remaining paint should be kept airtight. If there is dry skin, which affects the use, it can be filtered with 100 mesh mesh before use.

Storage and Transportation:
1. The product should be sealed and stored in a dry and well-ventilated warehouse, with a storage temperature above 0 ° C and below 40 ° C, to prevent water immersion, direct sunlight, and to isolate the source of goods from heat sources.
2. If the product meets the storage conditions, the storage period is 12 months from the date of production, and the storage period can be tested beyond the storage period. If it meets the standards, it can still be used.
