Product Description

This product is a water-based, nitrite-free anti-flash rust additive, appearing as colorless to pale yellow transparent liquid. It has a solid content of 40±2%, pH value of 9.0–11.0 (25℃), density of 1.05–1.15 g/cm³ (25℃), and viscosity ≤1000 mPa·s (25℃), which is completely soluble in water and has good storage stability (≥12 months). It can effectively inhibit flash rust on various metal substrates, has excellent compatibility with water-based coating systems, and does not affect the performance of the coating. Recommended dosage is 0.3%–1.0% based on the total paint formulation.
