1.Before construction,the dust and floating rust on the surface of the steel structure should be thoroughly removed,and the surface should be clean and free of oil.According to the design requirements rust removal and anti-rust primer are applied,and high-quality anti-rust paint is generally applied twice.
2.Stir the paint evenly In order to ensure the adhesion first the thickness of the coating should be relatively thin.not more than 1mm.
3.Properly increase the thickness of the coating until the thickness of the coating reaches the thickness correspnding to the fire resistance time.One pass of fire resistance limit 1:two coats of fire resistance limit 1.5h,three coats of fire resistance limit 2h.
4.When the coating feels thickened during construction appropriate amount of dilution can be used It is forbidden to add more,so as not to affect the adhesion and fire performance of the paint.
5.The construcion operaion should be carried out in a well-ventilated indoor environment,avoid rain during construction,and the construction environment is above 0C.The paint should be used up within one day after opening.Note:please professional construction,and dilute with special thinner.
