HD460 is a high-gloss and low-viscosity water-based anti-rust conversion agent. This product is made of functional emulsions and polymers It is refined as a rust conversion additive. After being applied to the surface of rust, it can undergo a complexation reaction with the rust to form a layer Dense grayish-black anti-rust protective coating.

Usage Method

1, according to the proportion of 5%-50% add water, fully stir evenly, form a transparent solution,

 dipping, spraying, brushing can be. The water-based environmental protection anti-rust agent is concentrated  The higher the degree, the better the effect.

2, after rust treatment of the workpiece must be naturally dried, air dry or low temperature drying, before entering the next process or packaging storage.

Shelf Life

The shelf life  of this product is twelve months from the date of production. After the shelf life is exceeded, it is  recommended to conduct a performance evaluation before use. This product needs to be strictly  protected from frost, after opening the package, it is recommended to filter it properly before use and use it as soon as possible.
