Usage:
The amount of inner wall latex paint is generally between 0.4 and 0.8%, generally 1.0 to 1.5% of the total amount of pigment filler;
The amount added in exterior wall latex paint is generally between 0.4 and 0.6%, and is generally 1.0 to 1.5% of the total amount of pigment filler.
This product should be added in the early stage of the coating additives, adding wetting agents such as WE405, PE100 in the formula to the dispersion wetting ability of the coating system.
Matters needing attention:
Storage temperature 5 ~ 35ºC, cool and dry place storage, avoid long-term exposure to the sun;
Product storage and transportation process keep forward placement, this product water-based environmental protection, non-flammable, shipment according to non-dangerous goods;
Under proper storage conditions, the shelf life is 12 months. After the shelf life, it can be used only after passing the inspection of the QC department of the company.

It is tested for 0.5% to 1.0% of the total weight of the pigment filler as the active ingredient. It is very important to determine the appropriate amount of paint in the formulation. If the amount of dispersant is seriously insufficient, it can not be completely dispersed; However, the amount of grinding and pigment dispersion may not be sufficient to achieve good film gloss, hiding power and stability. However, excessive dispersant can increase the water sensitivity of dry paint film.
Customers can also use other types of thickeners according to different requirements of production, storage, construction and film formation to achieve the rheological properties of formula design. Because 5040 can be easily dissolved in water in any amount, there are no special requirements for addition.
