Construction description
First use electric or hand tools to clean the surface of the substrate rust, foreign matter, dust, etc., and clean up.
1. It can be sprayed, brushed, or immersed. The construction temperature should be above 5ºC and the humidity should be less than 85%.
2. Thinner: Water. Suggested water addition rate of 10%. Viscosity: 18s-30s (adjusted to the desired viscosity for on-site construction).
3. Stir thoroughly before use. Filter with a 80-150 mesh filter cloth after adding water for use.
4. After using the paint, please cover the lid in time to prevent contaminants from falling into the container. The stored paint may slightly thicken, which can be used after filtration without affecting the original paint properties.
Note: The immersion operation should have a circulation filtration device for better immersion effect. The paint film coverage and saturation can be improved by preheating the workpiece to 45-55°C before immersion.
