1. Description:

It is usually a mixture of surfactants with mineral oils and fats, but can also dissolve in water. It removes the dirt from the fabric by breaking down oil and grease into very fine particles. Once emulsified in water, the oil and grease can be removed by dilution. It has excellent levelling, emulsifying, wetting, diffusion and antistatic properties.
